In addition ti the major courses of study offered in the institute, the college has been conduting national workshops, seminar and training courses sponsored by various national level institutes and centres like National Institute of Public Co-operation and Child Development, New Delhi, University grants commision, New Delhi, Association of Social Health in India, Indian Council of Social Sciences Research and Madurai Kamaraj University.
